We did quite well with this policy in the last few years, even before the pandemic. However, two of those Gs have decided to retire from the company. Instead, the two younger Gs have now moved up.
At the end of the year Thomas and Ulrich Götz will retire from day-to-day operations. Having lived through manifold experiences and initiating many developments these last forty years, they now pass on the torch to their sons. Their successors Florian and Sebastian Götz will remain 100% committed to fulfilling your orders in the best possible way. And they will be supported by sixty highly motivated employees.
