We use sustainable, eco-friendly inks and varnishes. We also work with non-mineral oil eco-printing inks made from renewable raw materials (suitable for toy and children’s book production), and upon requirement also use food-safe inks. The water-based dispersion varnishes we use since 2019 are suitable for food packaging.
We use electricity from our own rooftop for printing!
In 2020 our 366 kWp-photovoltaics system went into operation.
We use 85% of the electricity generated in-house, covering 25% of our energy needs. The remainder is supplied by 100% regenerative sources (Garantiert Grün certificate).

Certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015
Since 2005 our Quality Management System is certified according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 in force.
FSC® – Responsibility for People and Nature
With FSC® certification, we commit to sustainable and socially responsible forestry. The FSC®-certified paper we use comes from forests managed according to strict ecological and social standards—resulting in products that not only meet high-quality expectations but also uphold environmental and societal responsibility.
We stand by the FSC® Core Labour Requirements and are committed to their compliance: fair working conditions, the protection of indigenous rights, and the promotion of social justice throughout the entire supply chain.
PEFC – Sustainable Forest Management for the Future
PEFC certification underscores our commitment to sustainable forestry. By using PEFC-certified paper, we source materials from certified sustainable forestry—creating products that embody both ecological and social responsibility.
PEFC focuses on sustainable forest management with regional and international criteria, preserving biodiversity and ensuring the long-term availability of natural resources.
With the current ClimatePartner certificate "Partner in Climate Protection," we demonstrate that we are taking responsibility—concretely and measurably.
For the period from 11/2024 to 10/2026, as Druckhaus Götz GmbH, we are making a financial climate contribution of over 402 metric tons of CO₂e, which will be invested in certified climate and nature protection projects—both internationally and regionally in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Certified according to DIN ISO 12647-2 Standards for Offset Lithographic Processes
We place the highest value on standardized and reproducible print quality. As early as 2005, we obtained our first certification according to DIN ISO 12647-2 (Standards for Offset Lithographic Processes)—a clear commitment to the highest color fidelity, precision, and process reliability. Currently, we are undergoing re-certification to continue confirming our compliance with these strict quality guidelines. With this standard, we reliably ensure first-class printing results for our customers and emphasize our dedication to sustainable quality and professionalism.
