If the boss were to replace the fire department…

Of course, that’s impossible. But because safety is so important to us, we regularly conduct fire protection drills. Most recently, twelve employees were trained in the basics of fire safety. They got to extinguish fires themselves, so they know what to do in an emergency. This way, greater damage can be prevented until the professional fire department arrives. 

However, we hope we never need these precautions!
